GUACAMOLE DEVILED EGGS RECIPE


EASY GUACAMOLE JUST TWO INGREDIENTS
I’ve been making guacamole for years. While I’ve tried lots of different recipes, I always keep coming back to my favorite packaged spice mix. So I was thrilled when the good folks at Concord Foods hired us to bring you these guacamole deviled eggs.

Boiled eggs are stuffed with flavorful guacamole to make these guacamole deviled eggs for a perfect BBQ side dish. Feel free to buy already peeled boiled eggs, or check our post for Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs if you want to boil your own.

INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe avocados
1 package Fresh Success Guacamole Seasoning Mix
12 boiled eggs, peeled
6 grape tomatoes, sliced into 4 circles each

INSTRUCTIONS
Pit the avocados, slice into chunks, and use a spoon to scoop from the peel into a medium bowl.Chopped Avocado Chunks
Add the contents of your guacamole seasoning and use a fork to mix it in, mashing the avocado as you mix.Guacamole and Avocados

Slice the eggs in half long ways and remove the egg yolks. You can discard them or save for something else.
Place a dollop of guacamole into the hole of each egg white half and top with a slice of tomato.Guacamole Deviled Eggs with Tomato
Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve within 4-6 hours.

NOTES
